Shareable Profile

A professional profile backed by work, not adjectives — with a video introduction.

Free

A public page you can send to an employer instead of attaching a résumé. It holds what you have actually done on Morrio, the scores that came out of it, and a short video so a reader meets a person rather than a document.

How it works

  1. Import what you have

Upload a résumé or connect LinkedIn. Morrio drafts the profile from it — written to sound like a person describing their work, rather than a list of responsibilities.

  2. Edit everything

The draft is a starting point, not an output. Every line is editable, and the parts worth rewriting yourself are the ones about why you chose this field.

  3. Add a video introduction

Sixty seconds, recorded with a teleprompter so you are looking at the lens rather than a script. See the Video Intro page for how to make it not feel awkward.

  4. Share the link

Your profile lives at a public URL you control. Work you complete on Morrio appears on it automatically, with its scores attached.

What you end up with

  • A public URL you can put in an application or a bio
  • Capability scores that update as you complete work
  • A 60-second video introduction with AI-selected highlights

What it isn't

An empty profile is worse than no profile. This is worth sharing once there is work on it — a Capability Challenge takes an hour and is enough to make it say something.
