Expert Review

A practitioner in your field evaluates your completed work and writes it up.

The part of the loop a machine cannot close. Someone who does the job for a living reads what you produced during an internship and writes an assessment you did not write yourself — which is precisely what makes it worth showing.

How it works

  1. Complete an internship

Reviews are of real work, so there has to be some. An internship becomes eligible once every task is done and its scheduled term has ended.

  2. Request the review

From the completed internship. You are matched with a reviewer who works in that field — the pool is small and deliberately so, because the value is in who is reading.

  3. The reviewer reads everything

Not a summary. The deliverables, the feedback you received, and how you responded to it.

  4. You receive a written evaluation

Scored across four dimensions — execution, communication, product thinking and technical depth — with a written assessment and a rating. It goes on your profile with the reviewer's credentials attached.

What you end up with

  • A written evaluation from somebody who does the job
  • Scores across four dimensions, with a capability label
  • A credential on your profile that you did not write

What it isn't

One reviewer is one opinion, and a good one will tell you what is weak. Expert Review is also unavailable when no reviewer is onboarded in your field — Morrio hides it rather than taking payment for something it cannot deliver.
